*** NEWS FLASH *** General Kalashnikov, Father of the AK-47 rifle, With Lan-Cay M9
The presentation of a specialy engraved and cased Lan-Cay M9 by Homer Brett & Employess to Gen Mikhail T. Kalashnikov for the celebration of his 80th birthday, Nov, 10, 1999. The bayonet was engraved on its blade with a standard engraving machine : "GENERAL M.T. KALASHNIKOV CELEBRATING 80 YEARS STRONG - 10NOV99" The cutter plate, cross gaurd, and latch plate screws were all chromed. The color of the zytel scabbard and grip were black.
